It's me. Lou. Yeah, Lou Mac. HA! Bet you guys have forgotton what I look like, it's been so long!! Still having technical issues - but I'm doing as best I can!! Wish I had scheduled this post as soon as I had my card made - nightmare. Hindsight is a beautiful thing. Anyway, better late than never.
Okay.. enough of the life quotes! LOL.
I'm here to share my card for the new challenge over at Tiddly Inks, if a little late. We want to see projects around the theme of..
"Best Friends Forever"
Simply because best friends are some of the most special people in our life, the super talented Christy Croll, designer and creator of Tiddly Inks, has made a special little duo...feast your eyes on Wryn and Emmy- BFF.
Perfection, no?!
Here is my card using Wryn and Mo - Love you Most. Is that little fox not the cutest?! I've coloured the pair using ProMarkers and cut the scene out using the largest circle nestie. I've then added some stencilled sky and doodled around the embossed edge. I added a few punched flowers from a Martha Stewart punch along the bottom of the image, so it looks like they're sitting in a little flower meadow. Or not. Okay, okay - use your imagination please! LOL.
I've coloured her to match my Gabrielle papers from Bo Bunny. I've followed an old sketch from Sketch Saturday and used up a heap of scraps by die cutting smaller circles. I've stamped two little sentiments from Whimsy Stamps and die cut using the coordinating die. :) Yum.
Some thin pink organza ribbon ties into a little bow to the left of the image, and some WOC flowers and pearls finish off this card. :)
Don't forget to stop by the Tiddly Inks shop and pick up our new Tiddly image, Wryn and BFF!
I'll check in when I can - thanks so much for stopping by. I'm trying my hardest to get around my emails before my sister and niece come up for the weekend. It's gonna be none stop. Off to see Florence + the Machine tonight and having a whole day of shopping at the Metro Centre tomorrow. Wish me luck! LOL.
Love the colors!! Really perfect card for spring! That new stamp is too stinkin' cute! Even her little buddy's name is sweet.
