CCS#10 - Naughty Or Nice?

Good morning all, I hope you have have had a fab weekend so far. This week has gone by in a massive blur for me, its been a bit hectic. I've made loads of cards, baked loads of goodies and got a fair bit of uni work done!! I'm impressed with myself! Although uni and the massive workload has got my head on the verge of exploding!! LOL. Anywho.. Welcome to CCS#10. Can't believe I have made so many Christmas cards already.. :) Although this one has got to be one of my faves!!

I would like to introduce you to Lil' Christmas Luca from Tickled Pink Stamps, isn't he gorgeous? I can see me using him on many more Christmas cards! I think the senitment from Whimsy Stamps Holiday Ticket sentiments fits perfectly, what with the mistletoe and what have you! :)

Supplies
Cardstock: SU! Crumb Cake and Garden Green
Patterned paper: Making Memories - Mistletoe
Extra: recycled corrugated cardboard
Digi: Tickled Pink Stamps -Lil Christmas Luca
Stamps: Whimsy Stamps - Holiday Ticket Sentiments; SU! - Music Notes standard wheel; 7 Gypsies - Avignon
Ink: SU! - Real Red, Soft Suede, Crumb Cake; Dew Drop - Moonlight White; DI - Old Paper
Die: Whimsy Stamps - Ticket Die; Nesties - Labels 14,
Embossing Folder: Sizzix Basic Grey - Snow Cap
Ribbon: Rexunter - Rustic Charm
Tools: sewing machine; WRMK - Corner Chomper
Misc: brown thread; The Ribbon Girl - brown bakers twine; Tattered Angels - Glimmer Mist in Iridescent Gold; red pearls; red Basic Grey button; Platinum Stickles

I have coloured Luca with pencils and cotton buds - I'm not sure whether this is the conventional way, but it sure works for me! :) I love the effect this gives. Plus - I can sit in front of the T.V and colour a load of images this way - not having to worry about finding matching coloured patterned paper and cardstock later on when I come to put a card together! Smart, you see!

I made some more of those sprial flowers - I seem to have an addiction to them - this time with some olive green felt! I've added a little red pearl to each of them. Some brown bakers twine threaded through the button makes it look all that more finished.

I would like to enter this card into the Tickled Pink Christmas Challenge #1. This is the first challenge, this time round it is Traditional Christmas Colours - Red, Green & Gold. I couldn't wait to get stuck in! Why not pop on over to the Tickled Pink Challenge Blog now and join in.
