Thanks, I Love Being Spoiled

Good afternoon all, I hope your day has been as jam packed with fun things as mine.. and there is still more to come!! :D Woohoo. I'm in a much better mood than I have been of late, and it really shows.

I was up til almost 3 o'clock this morning making cards - I was on a roll, let me tell ya!! So I didn't stop until my eyes started clouding over with sleep!! LOL. I have a card to show you today, using a gorgeous Stamping Bazaar image!! I won their previous challenge 'spots & stripes' so thought I would enter another of their challenges. I love using their images - so freakin' cute!!

I was up at 10 this morning taking some pictures of the cards I had made while the sun was on the right side of the house. I then made my way down to the kitchen and have baked some orange muffins with white chocolate drizzle and some vanilla cupcakes with chocolate icing and chocolate shavings!! Mmm. They are in preperation for our darts game tonight, as we are at home. I don't see many being left!! LOL. I'll have to take one now to taste while I can!!

Heres the card I've made using Marvin the Bat, isn't he just the cutest?! Haven't I said that before? Yeah.. but hes cute, right?

Really unusual colours for me to use on a card, but I thought, hey!! why not?! I think they have worked well together, sort of. Not a great amount of detail on this card, I think it looks a little wierd without a sentiment, but its hidden inside the pocket on the tag.

This is a vellum butterfly made with a MS punch, and covered in Rock Candy Stickles, it doesn't show up to well in the picture, but it sort of looks like glass. Really pretty effect!! I have stitched around the outside of the 'pocket' in white thread using my trusty Janome sewing machine. I love him! :) I punched one edge of the Rich Razzleberry cardstock with a Sprial Border punch, both from SU!
Cardstock: SU! Crumb Cake, Rich Razzleberry, Melon Mambo; Vellum
Patterned paper: My Minds Eye - Colourful Christmas
Digi: The Stamping Bazaar - Marvin the Bat
Stamps: SU! - Afterthoughts, Inkadinkadoo - Dot Flourishes
Ink: SU! Crumb Cake, Colourbox Que Ink - Fiesta
SU! Markers: Rich Razzleberry, Melon Mambo
Tools: WRMK - Corner Chomper, Martha Stewart - 3 Butterfly punch, SU! Spiral Border punch
Die: Magnolia Doohickey - Vintage Tag die
Ribbon: SU! River Rock
Misc: staples, Rock Candy Stickles,

And here is that sweet little tag!! Its a Magnolia Doohickey - Vintage Tag, my very kind friend Roz sent me loads in the post, so I decided to put one to good use on this card, which called for tags.

I would like to enter this card into these challenges:
× The Stamping Bazaar - 17th Challenge - Tags
× Papertake Weekly - Anything Goes
× DYSU Challenge - Anything Goes
× PWC142 - Glittery

Thank you for stopping by, I'm off to get my hair cut at 3 - woohoo. Its all happening today. If you're lucky I may be back with another card later today, depending on when I do my naaiiils!! As they desperately needs redoing. Over & Out. xo
